Get ready for the Hawaii Ironman 70.3. or other distance races. Enjoy 12 weeks of fitness preparation: swimming, biking, running and strength training. Steady and creative workouts will make you more than race-ready for the all the summer challenges.

How do I sign up?

  1. Fill in and sign the Registration Form/Waiver Agreement(s).
  2. For BOCA Hawaii programs, pay a deposit through PayPal, or at the BOCA Store.
  3. Our triathlon races and clinics are sanctioned by USAT. Annual Membership or a per-event license ($15) is mandatory. Inquire for details.
  4. Meet at the time and location specified for the program. Train with passion!

Clinic objective

Our mission is to assist athletes in meeting the challenge of the Ironman Hawaii 70.3.

The ETT program is designed to provide an organized training plan for all levels of athletes. Our plan for you includes instruction in swimming, cycling, and running technique. Training includes speed, hill and endurance workouts; turbo training, bricks, stretching and seminars.

BOCA Hawaii will help prepare you to meet the challenges you set for yourself, as well as help you train smart and safely. You will be fully prepared physically and mentally to do your best race.

Method of instruction

At the start of each week, a weekly workout schedule will be provided to all participants via email. In general (check schedule on daily basis):

  • Tuesdays: bike & run
  • Thursdays: swim & run
  • Saturdays: Ocean swims, distance bike rides, long runs, brick workouts & practice triathlons

  • Sunblock
  • Anti-friction products (Body glide, Blistershield or Belgium Butter)
Swim equipment
  • Swim goggles
  • Swimming suit
  • Swim cap
  • Towel
Bike equipment
  • Bicycle
  • Helmet (mandatory: must be worn when cycling)
  • Cycling shorts, jersey & cycling shoes
  • Flat tire kit, pump & bicycle wrench
  • Protective eyewear & gloves
  • Water bottle(s) & body glide
  • Head & tail lights (important)
  • Turbo trainer (recommended)
  • Heart rate monitor (recommended)
Run equipment
  • Running shoes
  • Running attire
  • Socks
  • Jacket

BOCA Hawaii has a no refund policy once a clinic has started.
