Ryan Leong
Ryan is a 9x Ironman finisher and has completed multiple marathons, triathlons, channel swims, other endurance events. He specializes in swim and bike, and has over 20 years of coaching experience that includes everything from age-group swimming to NCAA water polo.
Lectie Altman
Born in Syracuse, NY, Lectie began swimming competitively at 7. She swam in high school and in college at Bucknell University, where she held records in freestyle and backstroke. She moved to Hawaii in January 2009, ran her first marathon in 2010, and joined the BOCA family in 2011—she says she couldn’t be happier with that decision!
Since then, she has embraced the multi-sport community and has competed in numerous shorter distance triathlons, Ironmans, half-Ironmans, swimming, and running races. Lectie is the 2016 Hawaii 70.3 Ironman Amateur champion and was the 1st overall swimmer!
She is the female champion of Ironman Boulder 2016, 31st overall.
Delo Dayondon
With over 10 years of experience in endurance sports, Delo strives to empower athletes to go the distance in sport and in life. After fulfilling his dreams of becoming an Ironman World Championship finisher (11:33:46) and Boston Marathon finisher (3:00:22), his focus has been to help athletes accomplish their goals as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Boca Hawaii’s newest coach.
A 10x Honolulu Marathon finisher with a course PR of 3:00:55, Delo is also proud of being a past Marathon Readiness Series age group and third-place overall series champion, along with multiple podium finishes in sprint, Olympic, Half-Ironman distance triathlon races.

Erika Lee Eberhart
Erika started with BOCA as an athlete in 1998 and has been a BOCA Cycling Coach since 2008. She is also a Spinning® Instructor, certified since 1999, and is currently the only Star Level III Certified Spinning Instructor in Hawaii.
In addition to triathlon and cycling, she has also competed in outrigger canoe paddling and crossed the Molokai Channel three times, winning the Koa Canoe division in 2005. A two-time Hawaii State Time Trial Champion, Erika is passionate about health and wellness, specifically cycling, and loves to share her passion through coaching for BOCA Hawaii. She has been competing in age group cycling and triathlon champion in various local races since 1997.
Her most recent accomplishment include:
- 3rd Place Overall Woman, 2015 Castle to Hanauma Bay Time Trial
- 2015 Hawaii State Time Trial Champion
- 1st Place Female Team, 2016 Ironman Coeur d’Alene 70.3 Triathlon
Glen Duvall
Glen is a 9x Ironman finisher, including a Kona World Championship finisher in 2010. He has completed several stand-alone marathons, 10 Hawaii 70.3 half-Ironman races, and numerous local swims, triathlons, and running events.
Glen has been running competitively for over 20 years, and enjoys coaching and being a member of the BOCA family.
