Intense training sessions for those who want informative instruction in a concentrated time. Complement your own training and prepare for challenges such as the Race Ko Olina Triathlon & Aquathlon, or the H3 Race to the Base Triathlon
The Power Tri Clinics are designed to provide a vigorous and organized training plan for all levels of athletes.
Instruction in swimming, cycling, and running technique will be addressed with several workouts in each discipline. Whether you are an experienced or novice athlete, BOCA Hawaii will help educate you to meet the challenges you set for yourself.
Each clinic is 3-days of concentrated workouts–you will learn how and where you can improve. Enjoy the tools to explore being a better and stronger athlete.

Various weekends, Jun – Sep 2019
- Friday 5:30 pm – *swim, run training
- Saturday 7:00 am – *bike, run training
- Sunday 7:00 am – *swim, run, bike training
