The SCT program is designed to provide an organized training plan. It covers bicycle safety, bicycle technique and time trial technique. It also focuses on speed, hill and endurance workouts, turbo training, stretching and seminars.
Riders can use this 7-week training for the pure enjoyment of improving their cycling skills, or for preparation of the Honolulu Century Ride.
