Coach Ray and Coach Kate (a USA Cycling Cat 2 Certified Coach) will be working with you to personalize your workouts based on individual power data called iLevels. TWP athletes will still participate in the clinic as usual, all workouts with the group and work with all coaches. But you will now have individualized training zones to help maximize your training time and potential.
Each TWP athlete will receive weekly ride analysis as well as feedback on what is going well, and where you might be able to improve. We will create pacing strategies for racing, as well as optimizing race day fitness.
Requirements for TWP are:
Athlete must have a cycling power meter
Be willing to share your data with Coaches Ray and Kate
(Helpful, but not required) a free basic Training Peaks online account.
$35 per month
Cost is added to total cost of regular clinic duration. Inquire if interested.
Let us help you prepare with a great training plan, experienced coaches, terrific running partners and hard work. Program includes tempo runs, interval training, hills, running technique analysis (video), nutrition and injury prevention seminars and potlucks. Saturdays include long runs supported by aid stations.
